Result of secondary placing of ordinary shares in Sanne

On 4 April 2018, Sanne announced that it had been advised by certain employees of the Company, including two PDMRs but no members of the Board of Directors, (the "Selling Shareholders"), that they intended to sell in aggregate 3,610,355 ordinary shares in the Company via an accelerated bookbuild placing to institutional investors (the "Placing").

Sanne announces that the Selling Shareholders have, subject to completion, sold 3,610,355 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Placing Shares"), representing approximately 2.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Sanne. The Placing Shares were placed at a price of 660 pence per share and were sold to institutional investors in a placing managed by Investec Bank plc ("Investec"), acting as sole bookrunner. The Company is not a party to the Placing and will not receive any proceeds from the Placing.

Settlement of the Placing is expected to take place on 9 April 2018, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain customary conditions.
