Director/PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with the requirements of UK Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Sanne announces that on 3 May 2022 awards over ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company vested for certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs).
Andrew Jones, Chief Risk Officer, and Kevin Lazeris, Group Head of Compliance, received shares on the vesting of awards granted under the Company's 2019 Senior Management Incentive Plan as shown in the table below. Kevin Lazeris elected to sell all shares on receipt.
