eConveyancer Update

New contracts further enhance reach

Smoove plc (AIM: SMV), the customer focused technology and services business aiming to revolutionise home moving and ownership, announces that eConveyancer has won a number of new contracts.

TMA Club

This partnership gives Directly Authorised (DA) brokers, who are members of TMA Club, which supports advisers to deliver the best and most suited advice to their customers, access to eConveyancer's platform and a panel of over 70 audited and benchmarked conveyancing firms.

The TMA Club will utilise other features on the eConveyancer platform including DigitalMove, which brings together key stakeholders in the homebuying and selling process in a digital journey that improves communication and reduces transaction times. Also included is Rapid Remortgage, which has been designed to make remortgaging just as quick and convenient as a product transfer.

Just Mortgages

Facilitated by Openwork Conveyancing, Just Mortgages will have access to the full breadth of the benefits offered by eConveyancer's feature rich platform.

Just Mortgages is one of the largest mortgage brokerages in the UK with more than 580 mortgage advisers working on either an employed or self-employed basis. 

Wesleyan Financial Services

This agreement gives Wesleyan advisers access to eConveyancer's panel of more than 70 audited and benchmarked conveyancing firms through its platform.

Wesleyan Financial Services, which will also have access to the wider platform services, offers specialist advice for clients working as hospital doctors, dentists, GPs and teachers.

L&C Mortgages

The Company has also strengthened its partnership with online mortgage broker L&C Mortgages, launching a new software integration with the firm, using the eConveyancer platform to provide improved flexibility for the firm in managing its conveyancing relationships and capacity.

The integration will enable L&C to instruct approved conveyancers from eConveyancer's bespoke panel of audited and benchmarked conveyancing firms from within their existing systems.
