Issue of Equity

On 06 May 2026, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 1,550,000 shares at a price of 1,445.45p, each fully paid from Treasury. These shares were issued for cash at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.

Following the issuance of the above shares, 397,614,074 shares will be held in Treasury.

The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury are 1,087,166,806.

The above figure (1,087,166,806) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
