Purpose of transaction

The Company will participate in a project to establish an AI R&D environment and foster the domestic AI computing ecosystem through the establishment of a public-private joint SPC

Terms and conditions

- Upon establishment in May 2026, the National AI Computing Center (tentative name) will be incorporated as an affiliate and a related party. Accordingly, this matter is subject to Board approval and public disclosure.

- The Company plans to invest a total of KRW 120 trillion in two tranches during the period from May 2026 to January 2027

- The transaction value refers to the total investment amount, including both the initial capital contribution upon the SPC's establishment and any additional capital contributions made through subsequent paid-in capital increases after establishment
