PASSING OF STEVE BURKE, GROUP CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
It is with great sadness that St. Modwen Properties PLC (LSE: SMP) announces that Steve Burke, Group Construction Director and member of the Board since 2006, died last night on 13th March 2017.
Mark Allan, Chief Executive, St. Modwen, said:
"The Board and staff of St. Modwen would like to extend their sincere condolences to Steve's family. Steve was a great friend, mentor and inspiration to many in the business and across the property and construction industry. He will be sorely missed."
Steve Burke's responsibilities as Group Construction Director will pass to senior colleagues for the immediate future.
