Notice of Directorate Change

 

Following a successful handover of responsibilities to Rob Hudson, Chief Finance and Operations Officer, the Board has agreed with Mark Allan to bring forward his departure as Chief Executive to Easter 2020. Consequently, he will leave the business on 13 April 2020 rather than the previously agreed 30 April 2020.

Rob Hudson will take on the role of interim Chief Executive on 14 April 2020 until a new Chief Executive joins the business. The search process for a new Chief Executive continues and an update on this will be provided when appropriate.
