St. Modwen Properties PLC (the "Company") was informed that today, Mr Rob Hudson, an executive director of the Company, acquired 3,658 shares in the capital of the Company, following an exercise of options under the St. Modwen Properties PLC Savings Related Share Option Scheme, at an option price of £2.46 per share.
