Strategic Minerals Plc (AIM:SML USOTC: SMCDY), the magnetite iron ore producer and exploration company, received notification from Half Shell Holdings on 5 December 2013 that during November 2013 their interest in the Company fell below 3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
