Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDY), announces the retirement of Executive Director, Peter Wale, with effect from today's date. Mr Wale is also stepping down from the Board of the Company in order to focus on his other business interests.
"On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank Peter for his long standing service" said Charles Manners, Chairman of the Company.
