Smallbone PLC25 February 2008 Smallbone PLC ("Smallbone" of "the Company") Contract Win Smallbone PLC is delighted to announce it has signed an exclusive contract withacclaimed US real estate developer, Extell Development Company, to providebespoke luxury kitchens to Extell's new residential development. Situated at 535 West End Avenue in Manhattan, this new development, which isexpected to be completed in 2009, will comprise a limited collection of 22apartments. Smallbone will design and customise kitchens for each of theseresidences. Revenues are anticipated to be approximately $2 million, positivelyimpacting on the Group's 2009 and 2010 financial years. This is the second contract with Extell Development Company, following on fromproviding kitchens to 26 apartments in a prestigious development in New York at995 Fifth Avenue, overlooking the Metropolitan Museum of Art. These apartmentsare being sold for in excess of $12 million and all are fitted with Smallbonekitchens.
