NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
On 29 April 2020 John Shipsey, Chief Financial Officer, cancelled his existing Sharesave Scheme for 2019 in order to accept the invitation to join the Smiths Group plc Sharesave Scheme for 2020. The grant of SAYE share options to John Shipsey under the Sharesave Scheme will be announced to the market on 20 May 2020. Details of the cancellation are set out below.
