GRANT OF OPTIONS

The Company announces that it has granted 1,000,000 options over ordinary shares of $0.10 each in the Company to Mr Stuart Murray under the Sylvania Platinum Option Plan.

The options granted have a nil exercise price and an expiry of 11 June 2023.Β Exercise of the options is subject to time-based vesting, with 20% of the options vesting on 12 June 2015, a further 40% of the options vesting on 12 June 2016 and the remaining 40% vesting on 12 June 2017, subject to the participant continuing to be a member of the board.

Following this transaction, Mr Murray will hold 1,000,000 options in Sylvania.
