Appointment of Joint Broker

Sylvania Platinum Limited, the low cost Platinum Group Metal processor and developer, today announces the appointment, with immediate effect, of RBC Capital Markets as Joint Broker to the Company.

Ambrian Partners Limited continues as Nominated Advisor and Joint Broker to Sylvania Platinum Limited.

Commenting today, Terry McConnachie Sylvania CEO said, "Following the previous 12 months of transition for Sylvania we have now successfully completed our re-domicile exercise and our projected growth requires more aggressive marketing by a world class broking house. We look forward to working with RBC and Ambrian as we develop PGM production levels at Sylvania Platinum.

Under the responsibility of the Deputy CEO, Nigel Trevarthen, and the operations team our focus for 2011 is to significantly increase production and further reduce costs from tailings dump operations and develop our near surface PGM mining and processing division. Sylvania Platinum is now positioned to fully develop its low cost, profitable PGM production business and as such we need further high profile corporate guidance."
