London 27 November 2006 - SR Pharma plc (the Company) announces the grant on Friday 24 November of options over SR Pharma Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's unapproved share option scheme to directors and staff as follows:

Atugen is a leader in RNAi therapeutics. Stanford Rook Ltd owns a proprietary Mycobacterium vaccae-based technology and related products, and a number of other proprietary immunotherapeutic compounds and related intellectual property. Currently the Company is in discussions with third parties regarding the co-development and out-licensing of M. vaccae and related products.
