Appointment of CFO

San Leon, the independent oil and gas production, development and exploration company focused on Nigeria, announces the appointment of Julian Tedder as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Julian is a chartered accountant and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of IGas Energy plc and General Manager, Finance of Tullow Oil plc.

Oisin Fanning, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
