TWL expands gaming business under FCBetz brand with contract win to provide gaming products and services to Clyde 1, Glasgow`s leading commercial Radio Station

Clyde 1 is a part of the Bauer Media Group which operates 42 Radio Stations serving

13.3 million* listeners throughout Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.

The Board of The Weather Lottery, the AIM quoted online gaming and lottery management specialist, is delighted and excited to announce that it has signed a contract to supply its gaming products and services under the brand FCBetz to Clyde1, one of Scotland's leading commercial radio stations, initially for the period ending on 31 May 2011. Clyde 1 is owned by Bauer Media, the UK's second largest commercial broadcasting group, which reaches 13.3 million people every week through its 42 leading commercial radio stations.

Clyde 1, Glasgow and West Central Scotland's premier heritage radio station, began broadcasting in 1973, and was one of the first commercial stations in the UK. It has a loyal weekly audience of around 540,000* listeners. This represents a major increase in the target market for FCBetz products and gambling services.

COMMERCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

·; Landmark first major media partnership deal with an important Glasgow radio presence in Clyde 1, encompassing a revenue-share arrangement, supported by an on-air sponsorship, commercial airtime and website marketing package.

·; Clyde 1 contract win is testament to TWL's reinvigorated strategy, announced in July;

·; Further media partnerships anticipated as the TWL branded "FCBetz" brand becomes known in the industry; and

·; TWL now targeting other major media sporting political and charity organisational opportunities through its FCBetz gaming and FC Lotto lottery management brands

 Future Developments

FC Betz is an ideal partner for Clyde 1. Clyde 1 is undoubtedly a market leader in sports broadcasting in general and football in particular across its listening area. Its "Superscoreboard" football commentary programme is innovative and pioneering in its field. TWL has targeted the football sector for its FCBetz and FCLotto products and now has seven partnerships with Football Clubs including Glasgow Rangers FC. It expects to increase its partnerships in Scotland in the coming years and believes the partnership with Clyde 1 will be beneficial to both parties.

TWL is proud and honoured to be associated with Clyde 1 and Bauer Media. TWL believes the Clyde 1 partnership will be successful and hopes in due course to be able to secure contracts to offer its products and services to other Radio Stations in the Bauer Media Group.

Commenting on today's announcement Lord Razzall CBE Chairman said:-
