CONTRACT WIN
TWL ANNOUNCES FIFTH MAJOR LOTTERY AND GAMING PARTNERSHIP AS IT SIGNS CONTRACT WITH MIDDLESBROUGH FOOTBALL CLUB TO PROVIDE ON-LINE LOTTERY AND GAMING TO THE CLUB AND ITS SUPPORTERS.
The Board of TWL is delighted to announce that the expansion into internet gaming under the brand name "FC Betz.com" has received a further significant boost with the signing of a partnership contract with Middlesbrough FC.
TWL has signed a multi-year contract with Middlesbrough FC to become its on-line gaming partner. Under the contract TWL will provide a full package of on-line gaming and lottery products to the club and its supporters. The Middleborough FC Lottery will be run by TWL under its new "FC Lotto" brand specially designed for the football market. In addition the on-line gaming package created by TWL under the brand "FC Betz.com" will be marketed to the clubs fans.
The Board believes that this further expansion will create additional revenues for the Company. Negotiations are continuing with several other major football clubs. The Board expects to make further announcements shortly in accordance with the AIM Rules. TWL has now signed partnership agreements with five major football clubs in Coventry City, Derby County, Sheffield Wednesday Leicester City and now Middlesbrough FC giving the FC Betz gaming products and FC Lotto lottery brand access to a market consisting of the large number of supporters of these clubs.
