The 600 Group PLC
Result of General Meeting
The board of The 600 Group PLC ("the Company") announces that, at the General Meeting earlier today, the special resolution set out in the Company's circular dated 23 May 2011, relating to the Company's delisting from the Official List and proposed admission to AIM, was approved by shareholders.
The Company will apply for the cancellation of its listing on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and its admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market. The final day of dealings on the Official List is expected to be 13 July 2011 and these cancellations are expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 14 July 2011.
The Company will also apply for admission to, and commencement of trading in, its shares on AIM, which is also expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 14 July 2011.
