The 600 Group Plc
Holding in Company and Total Voting Rights
The 600 Group Plc ("the Group" or "the Company"), the machine tools and laser marking company, received notification on 19 September 2012 that, as of 18 September 2012, the National Grid UK Pension Scheme, is the beneficial owner of 4,126,667 ordinary shares registered in the name of Nortrust Nominees Ltd, representing approximately 4.9% of the total voting rights in the Company.
The Company's total issued and voting share capital comprises 84,256,091 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
