Further re Debt Facilities
Further to the Company's announcement of 4 December 2023, 600 Group announces that the US Group companies have now received a notice from Bank of America of default and demand for payment in full of the Group's now expired and fully drawn US$5.5 million facility (the "Facility") by 15 December 2023. The Group remains in dialogue with the lender in respect of an extension to the Facility, which it is not currently in a position to repay, and the Group is also in discussions with other financial institutions with regard to other potential funding alternatives.
