The 600 Group Plc ("the Group" or "the Company"), the machine tools and laser marking company, is pleased to announce that Nigel Rogers, Chief Executive has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at 15.797p.
Following the purchase, Mr. Rogers is interested in a total of 1,499,508 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.67% of the total voting rights.
