Total Voting Rights

Symphony International Holdings Limited ("Symphony" or the "Company") (LSE: SIHL) announces that as at 10 June 2014 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 523,557,998 ordinary shares of no par value. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 523,557,998. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The figure of 523,557,998 may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 4,278,330 ordinary shares of no par value to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, result from an exercise of options that were issued to the Investment Manager as part of the contractual arrangements.

It is expected that admission will occur on 16 June 2014.
