PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 22 March 2024, the Company purchased in the market 17,900 Ordinary shares at a price of 219.1117 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:
41,446,830 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
786,244 Ordinary shares held in treasury
42,233,074 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
