Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 21st November Gavin Oldham OBE, the Company's Chairman, sold 146,145 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held within his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) account at a price of 25.25 pence per Ordinary Share and purchased the same number (146,145) of Ordinary Shares into his Individual Savings Account (ISA) at a price of 25.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, there is no change to Mr Oldham's total personal holding of 8,079,474 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.62% of the current issued Ordinary Shares. By virtue of his additional interests in the Gavin Oldham Trusts, Gavin Oldham retains a beneficial interest and voting rights in 79,743,744 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 55.51% of the current issued Ordinary Shares. The Gavin Oldham concert party's total holding is 98,872,722 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 68.82% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
