Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 21 April 2020 Richard Stone, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 36,500 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 29 pence per share from his share trading account and at the same time acquired 36,500 Ordinary Shares into his SIPP account. Accordingly his aggregate holding of Share plc Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 1,117,447 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.78% of the current issued Ordinary Shares. Mr Stone and persons closely associated with him own in aggregate 1,194,366 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.83% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
