Director's Dealings
Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that the following concert party dealings have today taken place.
The Gavin Oldham No 1, 2, 3 and 4 Trusts, components of Gavin Oldham's concert party, each sold 5,336 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26 pence per share. Following these transactions, Gavin Oldham, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 21,344 Ordinary Shares into his ISA at a price of 26.05 pence per share.
Furthermore, The Virginia Oldham Trust, a component of Gavin Oldham's concert party, sold 21,346 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26 pence per share and Virginia Oldham also sold 42,692 Ordinary Shares from her personal holding at the same price. She subsequently purchased 64,038 Ordinary Shares into her ISA at a price of 26.05 pence per share.
Following these transactions, the shares held by the above parties are as follows:
