Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) was yesterday informed that on 16 September, Richard Stone, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 82,321 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held outside his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") at a price of 30.97 pence per Ordinary Share and purchased 82,321 Ordinary Shares inside his SIPP at a price of 31 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, there is no change to Richard Stone's total holding of 170,635 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
