Director Dealing

Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that the following concert party dealing took place on 26 March 2015:

The Gavin Oldham No 1, 2, 3 and 4 Trusts, components of Gavin Oldham's concert party, each sold 3,632 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 38 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Virginia Oldham Trust, a component of Gavin Oldham's concert party, sold 14,540 Ordinary Shares at a price of 38 pence per Ordinary Share.

Gavin Oldham, Executive Chairman of the Company, sold 29,082 Ordinary Shares held outside his ISA at a price of 38 pence per Ordinary Share and purchased 43,610 Ordinary Shares inside his ISA at a price of 38.0003 pence per Ordinary Share.

Virginia Oldham, a member of Gavin Oldham's concert party, sold 29,082 Ordinary Shares held outside her ISA at a price of 38 pence per Ordinary Share and purchased 43,622 Ordinary Shares inside her ISA at a price of 38.0003 pence per Ordinary Share.

Marianne Oldham, a member of Gavin Oldham's concert party, sold 29,082 Ordinary Shares held outside her ISA at a price of 38 pence per Ordinary Share and purchased 29,082 Ordinary Shares inside her ISA at a price of 38.0003 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, the shares held by the above parties are as follows:

There has been no change to the Gavin Oldham concert party's total holding of 109,317,816 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 76.1% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
