Director Dealings

Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that on 22 December 2010, under the Company's process of awarding options to Senior Managers and Directors every six months, the following awards were made:

Richard Stone, Finance Director of the Company, was granted 9,894 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximated 0.007% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).

Iain Wallace, Compliance and Legal Services Director of the Company, was granted 10,071 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.007% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).

Both of these grants were made under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) arrangements. All the options granted have an exercise price of 28.5 pence per Ordinary Share and first become exercisable on 22 December 2013. Following these grants, Richard Stone holds 682,229 Ordinary Shares under option or co-ownership arrangements with the Employee Benefit Trust (representing approximately 0.47% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) and Iain Wallace holds 1,222,812 Ordinary Shares under option or co-ownership arrangements with the Employee Benefit Trust (representing approximately 0.85% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
