Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited ('the Company') confirms that all inside information (as defined in the EU Market Abuse Regulation) which the Directors and the Company may have held has been notified to a Regulatory Information Service. Accordingly, in the absence of any new undisclosed inside information arising, the Company is not prohibited from dealing in its own securities leading up to the announcement of the annual financial report for the twelve months to 30 June 2023.

The Company's investment manager is Tufton Investment Management Ltd. The Company has raised a total of approximately $316.5m (gross) through its Initial Public Offering on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange on 20 December 2017 and subsequent capital raises.
