At the time of the appointment of Terry Boot, Finance Director of the Company, on 8 March 2021 the below disclosures were omitted:

BUK (Realisations) Limited was placed into a creditors' voluntary arrangement on 13 July 2017.

At the time of the appointment of Victoria Norrish, Non-executive Director of the Company, on 28 August 2020 disclosure of the following directorship within the five year period prior to her appointment, was omitted: The Works Group Trustee Company Limited.
