Shoe Zone PLC, the UK's largest value footwear retailer, announces that it was informed on 27 September 2018 that on that date, Jeremy Sharman, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, sold 24,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.65 pence per Ordinary Share and bought 24,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.6515 pence per Ordinary Share in order to transfer 12,000 shares from Mr Sharman's general investment into his ISA and to transfer 12000 shares from Mr Sharman's general investment account to the ISA of his wife, Mrs Sharman. Following this transaction, Mr Sharman's beneficial holding in the Company is unchanged at 234,375 Shares, which represent approximately 0.47 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
