Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, SIG would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 10 July 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,181,556,977 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,181,556,977.

The above figure (1,181,556,977) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
