The Company announces that it was notified on 15 March 2022 that Mrs Dina Dasani, wife of Non-Executive Director Mr Shatish Dasani, had on 15 March 2022 purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Mr Dasani had a beneficial interest in SIG of 100,000 ordinary shares, and following this transaction, Mr Dasani's beneficial interest is now 150,000 ordinary shares in SIG.
