Shanta Gold, the East African focussed gold company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today to amend the current Memorandum and Articles of the Company to reflect changes brought about by the introduction of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended).
