Shanta Gold (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting, which took place at 11:00 this morning, at 11 New Street, Guernsey, GY1 2PF.
