Shanta Gold (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting, which took place on 24 March 2021 at 11 New Street, Guernsey, GY1 2PF.

Shanta Gold is an East Africa-focused gold producer. It currently has defined ore resources on the New Luika and Singida projects in Tanzania and holds exploration licences covering approximately 1,100 km2 in the country.
