Posting of Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Shanta Gold, the East African focused gold producing company, announces that the Company's Report and Accounts, for the period ended 31 December 2012, has been posted to shareholders today. A copy of the Report and Accounts will also be made available on the Company's website (www.shantagold.com).

The Company also announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Suite A, St Peter Port House, Sausmarez Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 20 May 2013 at 10.00am.
