Result of General Meeting
Urban Logistics (AIM:SHED), the last mile logistics focused REIT, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. The poll results of each resolution are set out below:

At close of business on 11 November 2021, the total number of issued ordinary shares of the Company was 324,916,587 and the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights for the ordinary shares was therefore 324,916,587.
