Urban Logistics, (AIM: SHED) the specialist UK logistics REIT, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been despatched to shareholders.
The documents are also available from the Company's London office and can be downloaded from its website.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Gowling WLG, (4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU) on 6 July 2018 at 11.00 am.
