Shaftesbury Capital PLC announces that Performance Share Plan ("PSP") awards were granted as nil cost options to Executive Directors on 25 March 2026. The awards represent the deferred element of the annual bonus awarded in respect of 2025 reported within the Company's 2025 Annual Report.
The awards are subject to the terms set out in the Company's 2025 Annual Report and were based on a market value of 128.63 pence per share.
