Director/PDMR shareholding
The following transactions were undertaken on 6 December 2022 by directors of the Company in the Deferred Annual Share Bonus Scheme ("DASBS").
Exercise of awards under the DASBS
Following the granting of awards under the DASBS in December 2018, which vested in December 2021 and which were exercised on 6 December 2022, the directors acquired shares in the Company, sold sufficient shares to meet income tax and national insurance liabilities and retained the balance.
The changes in directors' shareholdings resulting from this transaction are as follows:
