Scrip Dividend Scheme - Scrip Calculation Price SEGRO plc (the Company) Scrip Dividend Scheme - Scrip Calculation Price On 25 February 2015, the Company announced that, subject to shareholderapproval at its 2015 Annual General Meeting, the Scrip Dividend Scheme will bereintroduced. The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of 10.2 pence pershare (to be paid entirely as a Property Income Distribution) to shareholdersand the Scrip Dividend Scheme will be offered in respect of this payment. The Scrip Calculation Price which will be used in determining the number of NewOrdinary Shares is 420.84 pence. It has been determined by the average of theclosing middle market quotations of the Company's ordinary shares as derivedfrom the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List over the five dealing dayscommencing on and including the ex-dividend date of 26 March 2015.
