(c) As set out in the Remuneration Report of the 2013 Annual Report andAccounts, the Total Property Return (TPR) element of the Bonus for theExecutive Directors was estimated. The IPD Benchmark data has recently becomeavailable and the payments for this element of the Bonus have been adjustedaccordingly (see below table).
