SEGRO plc (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The 2023 offer to employees of the SEGRO plc Savings-Related Share Option Plan 2021 (the "Sharesave") matured on 1 June 2026 and the following Directors exercised their options granted under that offer over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at £5.8080 per Share as set out below.
The savings contracts for the 2026 offer of the Sharesave also commenced on 1 June 2026, and the following Directors were granted options to buy Shares at an option price of £5.9952 per Share at the end of a three-year saving period as set out below.
