Director/PDMR Shareholding
DSBP Vesting
On 29 April 2019, following a recommendation made by the Company, the Trustee of the SEGRO plc Employees' Benefit Trust resolved to release the below number of shares under the SEGRO plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the DSBP) to the below Directors/PDMRs:

(b) David Sleath's shareholding is 770 per cent of his base salary and he is expected to hold shares equivalent to 300 per cent of his base salary. The number of shares held which contribute towards the shareholding requirement, comprise beneficial interests, including shares held in the SIP, and shares under award in the DSBP net of income tax and national insurance. The value of the shares has been calculated using the vesting share price of the 2015 DSBP at 685.5 pence.
