Directors/PDMRs Shareholding
The Company announces that the Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of conditional awards over shares in the Company to Susanne Schroeter, Chief Financial Officer, on 2 December 2025 under the SEGRO plc 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).
Details of the grant of LTIP awards are set out in the table below.

1) The 2025 LTIP Award is subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three-year period ending 31 December 2027 and the number of shares shown above represent the maximum number of shares which may vest in connection with this award. A summary of the 2025 LTIP Award, including the performance conditions relating to this Award, will be outlined in the Company's 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, which will be published in due course.
2) The Recruitment LTIP Award is not subject to performance conditions and will vest 50 per cent in March 2027 and 50 per cent in March 2028.
