Placing Programme Update

Further to the AGM held on 26 June 2014, at which the resolutions proposed to authorise the issue of shares on a non pre-emptive basis were not passed, the Board has decided to close the placing programme established in the Company's prospectus dated 18 November 2013 with immediate effect.
