Schroder Global Real Estate Securities Limited (the "Company" or "SGRE") (a closed-ended investment company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Guernsey with registered number 44714) Director Retirement and Appointment 2 January 2015 The Company announces the retirement of Trevor Ash as a director of the Companyeffective from 1 January 2015. Trevor has been a director of the Company sincelaunch and the Board has greatly appreciated the experience and support Trevorhas contributed to the development of the Company. In addition, the Company announces the appointment of Christopher Legge as anindependent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 January2015. Christopher will also assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee. Christopher is Guernsey resident and has over 25 years' experience in thefinancial services industry. He qualified in London in 1980 with Pannell KerrForster and subsequently moved to Guernsey in 1983 to work for Ernst & Young,progressing from audit manager to Managing Partner in the Channel Islands. MrLegge retired from Ernst & Young in 2003 and currently holds a number ofdirectorships in the financial sector. Mr Legge is an FCA and holds a BA (Hons)in Economics from the University of Manchester. The Directors are very pleased to have attracted Christopher to the Board andare confident that the Company will benefit from his extensive financialservices experience. There are no disclosures to be made in respect of LR 9.6.13 (2-6).
